Fearnhill is never satisfied to just stay still: we are always looking for ways to be even better. 

Each year we publish a school improvement plan that describes the key aims and strategies. The theme for the 2025-2026 school year is "Making School Unmissable". This is summarised in the image below and can be downloaded here.
