If your child is too unwell to attend school, please email the school or report the absence on Arbor before 9.00am. Where this is not done, a safeguarding message will be sent home. This needs to be done on every day that your child will be absent.

If your child has a medical appointment, this should be arranged outside of the school day where possible. Where this is unavoidable, please email the school with evidence of the appointment.

Arbor is the school's main way of managing information. To log into the parent portal, click this link. If you are a student, log in using your school email address (the one that finishes @fearnhill.herts.sch.uk).

You can also access Arbor using the app available for iOS and Android devices. 

If you have not registered before, then please just click on the "First Time Logging In".

Important to note: The email address that you use to register and log in must be the same as the email address that you have provided to the school: this is what links you to your pupil.

With the Arbor app you can see your child’s attendance, behaviour and progress this week as well as for the year so far. You can also see upcoming homework and download report cards for your child. 

The platform also provides communications: you can be notified when Fearnhill sends out a new message via the App.

Another great feature of the parent app is that you will be able to use it to make payments on the go (top up lunch money, pay for trips or items from the school shop), and book your appointments for parents' evenings.
