Fearnhill Sixth Form Virtual Open Evening
We are pleased to announce that this year we will be holding our Post 16 Information Evening as a virtual event for Year 11 students on Wednesday 4th November 2020 from 6pm-7:15pm. We hope that you will join us along with your son/daughter for this event.
The programme for the evening will have two parts:
A short video which will be made available on the school website, on Wednesday 4th November, at 6pm – Fearnhill Sixth Form Virtual Open Evening
• The video will give an overview of the sixth form and what it has to offer.
Information from subject teachers about the different courses offered in the sixth form – 6:20pm-7:15pm
• Parents/carers of children currently studying at Fearnhill will receive a number of Zoom links needed to access the information meetings.
• Parents/carers of children currently studying at a different school should contact ed.dixon10@fearnhill.herts.sch.uk to attend this part of the evening. When sending an email please state the name of your child/children, the school they are currently at and the subjects that you would like to receive information about during the live information meetings.

- Friday, 18th December 2020: Provisional option blocks advertised. Window for applications open
- Friday, 5th February 2021: Sixth Form Application Deadline
- Monday, 12th April 2021: Sixth Form Interviews
- Monday, 26th April 2021: Provisional Offer Letters Sent Out
- July 2021: Year 12 Induction
- August 2021: (Provisional) Confirmation of Courses / Results Day
