Students at Fearnhill are celebrating stunning GCSE results and A-level Results for the second year running |

Headteacher, Jed Whelan says
“We are delighted with the school’s performance.
![]() We are thrilled with this year’s GCSE results, which are absolutely stunning. 56% of students achieved 5 or more A*-C grades including English and Maths, which is a 6% increase on last year’s results, and above our target set by the Local Authority. 72% of students achieved 5 A* - C grades in all subjects.
Six Year 11 students each achieved a minimum of 8 A* grades and 21 students achieved or bettered their target grades in every one of their subjects.
At A level the school maintained its 2011 achievemnent of a 99% pass rate. Students continue to gain access to the Oxbridge, Russell Group and other top universities.”
